Return Policy

Bouché Appliances is dedicated to our customer's 100% satisfaction. In the unlikely event you receive your item(s) and they are damaged or if the item(s) you received are different than what you ordered, please contact us right away. It is our primary goal to make certain you are happy and to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered. We are confident that our return policy will ensure your ultimate satisfaction with your appliance purchase.

Defective Merchandise

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon delivery please contact us immediately. If your item is defective after the first use, please contact the manufacturer directly. Contact information for the manufacturer is included on the back of your delivery sales order form.

Any product that has been uncrated, installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Returned products must be in its original condition with all packaging (straps and original tape).

Please remember that shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. Also, if your item was shipped via freight, you must return it thru the same freight carrier to ensure its safe return. All returns are subject to a 15 to 30 percent restocking fee. We do not accept any returns on special order merchandise and accessories.
